The major intracranial vessels of the circle of Willis are patent with normal parenchymal and meningeal enhancement pattern post-contrast administration. My father is 85 years old and has symptoms including memory loss, inability to communicate meaningfully, incontinence, and inability to perform daily activities independently. These symptoms started about 3 years ago and have advanced gradually. We initially thought it was due to aging, but I am concerned it might be something else. Could you please interpret the scan results and suggest what might be causing these symptoms?
