I have had constant mild nausea for over a week now. It started after eating some bad food and has not gone away despite trying various remedies. I have no appetite and the nausea seems to worsen at night. I visited the doctor who ruled out pregnancy, sugar levels, etc., and everything came back normal. I am still waiting for results from liver and thyroid tests. I am avoiding certain foods but am still nauseous even without eating or drinking. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?

I have recently developed an unknown skin condition on my right thumb. It looks and feels swollen, warm, and numb. This has happened before about a decade ago on a different location on my hand. It started developing about 3 days ago. What is it?

The area around my mouth, including lips, is painful, red, and dry. My neck is also extremely red and itchy, with some red patches under my eyes. The condition has been ongoing for over 4 months. The mouth doesn't itch, but it's red, swollen, dry, and painful, sometimes peeling. I've also noticed an increase in canker sores recently. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Is it possible to have a small perforation in the gallbladder with pain only rated at 3/10, and if not, what could be causing pain ranging from 1/10 to 4/10 in someone with a gallbladder stone and Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) who is inoperable due to anesthesia risks?

I have anxiety/stress issues that cause muscle tightening in my pelvic zone, leading to severe pain, especially when sitting. When I take Valium (5mg), I am completely pain-free. What do people normally get treated with for anxiety, and what is a safe amount of Valium I can take once or twice a week when my symptoms get really bad?
