I have had no energy since I had an infection in March. I'm 75 and usually pretty active. I'm tired all the time. My legs and feet feel dead, though they're not. My energy is gone. I eat a healthy diet and avoid gluten and dairy. I have microscopic colitis and diverticulosis, but they are well controlled. This lack of energy and tiredness is new since March. I have seen a doctor, but she thinks it will go away. I have had cancer twice, thyroid in 1975 and breast in 2006, and had a double mastectomy. I'm getting really depressed about this. I feel like my body is deserting me.

I got a spider bite on Friday. It was red, swollen, and developed blisters by last night. I haven't seen a doctor yet. What should I do for the symptoms?

I'm looking for an ENT specialist who specializes in parathyroid surgery. I have a pacemaker and recently visited a doctor, but I didn't like him and want to find another. Where can I find a suitable specialist in North San Diego County, specifically in Bonsall?

I am a 44-year-old female with long-standing breathing difficulties, exacerbated by pneumonia at age 33, which led to persistent heaviness in my back when breathing, erratic heartbeats, and constant fatigue. I also experience a chronic cough, difficulty with physical exertion, and am always hot. I am seeking guidance on which doctor to consult and what tests might be necessary to diagnose my condition.

I used Darvocet N 100s for a decade with no problems. Now I am on Vicodin 325, which doesn't alleviate pain as well and gives me a druggy hangover. Is Darvocet off the US market completely?

I have a lump on my right backside, near the lower part of my rib, which has grown over the last few months. It is now causing pain, especially when I sleep, and I've also been feeling unwell and have lost weight. I am a 39-year-old female with Hashimoto's disease. The lump is the size of a ping pong ball, hard, and non-mobile. What could this lump be, and what should I do about it?
