One of my friends took approximately 500 mg of hydroxyzine pam. He is a big guy, around 230 lbs, and is currently drowsy and dizzy after throwing up some of the medication. He is sleeping in my guest bedroom. Is it safe for him to sleep it off, or should he seek medical attention?

My husband's testosterone level has decreased from 240 to 233, and he has lost 10 pounds in the last three weeks. He is tired all the time, cries easily, feels cold, and has noticed a decrease in his strength and muscle mass. His blood pressure is low, and his sex drive is non-existent. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests or treatments should we consider?

I have been experiencing numbness in my upper thigh for four years and recently developed numbness in my lower outer leg, heel, and ankle, along with pain that comes and goes. I also have difficulty standing on one leg as my foot rolls inward quickly. I am worried about falling and losing feeling in my lower leg permanently. My MRI scans have ruled out spinal issues and demyelinating diseases like MS. Who should I ask my GP to refer me to for further assessment?

I had to go back to the doctor as I had cramps again. A urine test showed slight traces of white blood cells and blood, but I had just finished my menstrual cycle. I was given 5 days of Cyfox 250mg and told to have another test 2 days after finishing the course. I feel better today but now have slight brown spotting, cramps, and slight lightheadedness. A pelvic ultrasound was clear, and the last three urine tests showed white cell traces, but lab results were clear. Should I have another vaginal swab done? Or are my symptoms just related to a UTI? I don't understand why I now have spotting again and slight cramping ongoing. What other tests should I do if any?
