If my WBC count is 8.8, will I produce HIV antibodies? Is the rash I have, which gets red then fades, an HIV rash? What does an HIV rash typically look like, and does it come and go? Could I have untreated HIV for 7 years and still be alive? Does my rash look like yeast or bacterial debris, and would taking Benadryl or smoking affect it?

I’m a female teenager who has been trying to gain weight for years. I’m currently 126 pounds, 5’3”, and 18 years old, aiming to reach 145-150 pounds. I want to achieve a specific body image with bigger thighs, calves, a bigger butt, toned arms, and a semi-flat stomach. My ESR is high and always has been, but today's reading is the highest, and I'm worried about cancers. I had thyroid cancer this year, had my thyroid removed, and am on levothyroxine which has me suppressed. I did radioactive iodine in May 2023. I have anxiety, depression, PCOS, obesity (lost 65lbs in the last year), and a history of joint pains. My RA factor is positive, but other tests are negative. I'm 36 years old, female, and a rheumatologist ordered these tests today. What could be causing the high ESR, and should I be worried about another cancer?
