I was diagnosed with a double middle ear infection and prescribed KLACID as an antibiotic, but after 7 days, I haven't seen any improvement. I'm experiencing dizziness, headaches (which feel like migraines), tender jaw pain, and heavy pressure in my ears. I've tried ibuprofen, Tylenol, and Benadryl, but none have helped. I'm supposed to see an ENT tomorrow. Should I be concerned, and is it normal for symptoms to persist this long?

I have a dry cough that has been constant for about a week, and my throat burns and hurts, especially when swallowing. I was working in the heat, drank cold water, and started coughing. I also have slight ear pain. What should I do for relief?

I walked on a sea urchin while snorkeling, resulting in about 15 spikes embedded in the bottom of my left foot. The spikes are still present despite attempts to remove them. I am experiencing pain when walking and have tried soaking the foot and applying lime juice. What should I do to manage the pain and ensure there is no infection or risk of disease?
