My husband, 78, had a penile implant in the late winter and now, in June, is able to urinate very little. He said today only about 1/2 cup all day. Should I take him to the emergency room? He is seeing his urologist tomorrow. He felt dizzy and nauseous before dinner, but no new medications have been used. He previously had urinary tract surgery ten years ago to increase flow.

I am a 27-year-old female, 5 weeks pregnant, and had a concussion almost 6 months ago. Recently, I experienced intense sinus pressure leading to a migraine, and during this time, I had a sudden jaw tremor that I couldn't control for a few seconds. I had a clear MRI a few months ago. Could this jaw tremor be related to a stroke, TMJ, or my sinus pressure? Could fatigue also be a contributing factor?

I have been diagnosed with genital warts caused by low-risk HPV types 6 and 11. I have had infrequent recurrences and most of my partners were vaccinated against HPV. I am concerned about the potential cancer risks associated with HPV, particularly throat cancer from oral sex. Could you clarify the following: 1) Does having low-risk HPV types 6 and 11 increase the risk of cancer? 2) Does having low-risk HPV make me less likely to contract high-risk HPV types like 16 or 18? 3) Can low-risk HPV types also cause throat cancer? 4) If I have low-risk HPV genitally, does it affect the likelihood of having high-risk HPV orally or elsewhere?

When should someone worry about uneven pupil size? I have been experiencing a thudding sound in my left ear when I close my left eye, occasional eye twitching, and noticed my pupils are different sizes. I had a non-contrast MRI and EEG which were both normal, but should I be concerned about an aneurysm or other serious issues?
