I just took some required medication (warfarin, a statin, and an arthritis drug) 2x/day. Less than five minutes later, I vomited (stomach flu it seems, with a mild fever which I have had all day). Should I retake the drugs? I seem to have thoroughly evacuated my stomach.

I have an open sore on my ankle near the outside protruding bone (or muscle) and some edema extending up my leg. I've been on antibiotics and other medications like methylprednisolone, ciprofloxacin, furosemide, and potassium for 3-4 weeks. The infection seems to be gone, and most of the swelling has reduced, but there's still pain and no sign of healing. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
