Can a doctor take a look at an abscess I have? I have two pictures: one of an abscess that has been present for about 4 days (Picture A) and another of an abscess that has been present for about 5 weeks (Picture B). The second one drained and almost completely shrunk but started draining again yesterday. I have been using Neosporin, but I accidentally got the pain relief version. What should I do?

I have been experiencing tension headaches, and I am worried they might be a sign of an impending stroke. I have not used any medication for this. I am a 25-year-old male with no major medical history issues in my family. The headaches have occurred during sexual intercourse, after using a narcotic, and after using a neti pot with tea leaves.
