I have noticed that my submandibular gland on one side is slightly larger than the other and feels like a small, soft ball that I can move around. It has been like this for several months and is not painful. I want to know what it is and if it could be something serious.

I am experiencing lower abdominal pain, stomach churning, achiness, extreme tiredness, lack of appetite, and general feeling of being unwell since Friday. The pain is sharp and comes and goes, reaching a severity of 7 out of 10 at its worst, causing me to double over. I also have nausea, bloating, hard stool, headaches, and a bit of nausea, but no vomiting or fever. My low back feels fine, and I have no significant medical history or current medications. Is this serious, and will it go away?

I found a lump in my left breast today while bathing. It doesn't move, feels like it's sitting on breast tissue, and is about the size of a 3D quarter. There's no discharge, pain, or burning. What could this lump be and what should I do?

I got my bridge pierced in January, and the piercer put in a bar too short, causing me to use an oversized bar. Since then, it has been on and off swelling, pussing, and painful for about 2 weeks at a time. Is it infected? Should I take it out?

I have a temperature of 98.3°F, feel very weak and have no energy, and experience nausea when drinking water. I also have persistent headaches that do not improve with ibuprofen and sleep, and I feel hungry all the time despite eating a lot. What could be wrong with me?

I heard a grinding sound and felt two pops while reaching for a sock, resulting in sharp pain in my rib area under my left breast. The pain is constant but more intense when I take a deep breath. I had an x-ray which showed no fractures. I am managing the pain with Toradol and steroid shots, over-the-counter Aleve, and am currently on Trazadone, Sertraline, Symbicort, and Albuterol inhalers. I am 59 years old with a history of COPD and osteopenia. What should I do for this rib pain?
