I have OCD and schizophrenia. Recently, I experienced a déjà vu at a place where I had a memory of accidentally flirting with a 17-year-old. This has led to obsessive thoughts, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being a bad person. I'm unsure if this is due to my OCD or cognitive impairment. What should I do?
