I may have a tear in my urethra caused by holding/pinching while urinating. Now I have slight bleeding after I urinate and discomfort while urinating. Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? I have been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness, especially when I turn my head, for about 6 months. I also have associated neck stiffness, ringing in my ears, and occasional tingling in my face, usually at my temples. My blood pressure is normal, and I am a 37-year-old male smoker of marijuana and cigarettes.
