I have been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness, especially when I turn my head, for about 6 months. I also have associated neck stiffness, ringing in my ears, and occasional tingling in my face, usually at my temples. I have a lump on my back at the inside of my right lat. It started as a blackhead or large pimple-like mass but has grown to the size of a half dollar and is now very solid. It was never painful until I tried to treat it with hot face cloths and pressure, which caused it to become sore and the pain to spread beyond the lump itself. Should I see a dermatologist or a general doctor for this issue?
