I have a very sharp, painful pain under my breastbone, a bit down in my stomach. The pain is making me nauseous. What could be causing this and how can I manage it?

I may have a tear in my urethra caused by holding/pinching while urinating. Now I have slight bleeding after I urinate and discomfort while urinating. Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? Are you currently using any medications, either for the bleeding or anything else? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness, especially when I turn my head, for about 6 months. I also have associated neck stiffness, ringing in my ears, and occasional tingling in my face, usually at my temples. My blood pressure is normal, and I am a 37-year-old male smoker of marijuana and cigarettes. I am concerned about these symptoms and want to know what could be causing them and what I should do about it.

I have a lump on my back at the inside of my right lat. It started as a blackhead or large pimple-like mass but has grown to the size of a half dollar and is now very solid. It was never painful until I tried to treat it with hot face cloths and pressure, which caused it to become sore and the pain to spread beyond the lump itself. Should I see a dermatologist or a general doctor for this issue?
