I have pain in my lower middle abdomen that started about 2 hours ago and comes and goes. The pain is stabbing and is located in the lower center quadrant of my abdomen. I am a 19-year-old male with no nausea, blood in stools, fever, rash, joint pains, history of irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea, or urinary issues. The pain is aggravated by applying pressure, twisting, or stretching my abdomen, and it sometimes spreads to the pelvic region. Bending forward or sitting down alleviates the pain. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I did a small amount of meth 40 hours before my total hip replacement surgery. I drank plenty of water, exercised, and used a sauna after that. Can I still have the surgery? What should I do about meth, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, and other substances before and after the surgery? Can I engage in activities like massage therapy or use certain medications and skincare products before the surgery?

I am always exhausted, especially after a couple of hours in the morning, and am having a hard time focusing my eyes. My tiredness and eye focusing issues are getting worse. I am 55 years old, no medications other than Aleve for a bad knee, and my blood pressure is always within the normal range. I have hypothyroidism but it has never affected me like this. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
