I have pain on the lower right side of my stomach. The pain is dull and achy, and it comes and goes. When I walk, I find myself bending over, and the pain seems to increase with movement. I'm 65 years old and not on any medications. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

My creatinine is 1.1, eGFR is 56, and BUN is 18. I am a bodybuilder who consumes a lot of protein but struggles with hydration. This is the first time my numbers have been like this. Should I be concerned about chronic kidney disease (CKD), or could it just be dehydration?

When I breathe in deeply, my right side of the chest has a sharp pain in the boob area, which is more noticeable when I breathe in but also present when I don't. It's not severe but noticeable. Could it be a pulled muscle, or is it related to my chronic rhinitis and post nasal drip that I've had for over a year?

I recently moved to a new doctor and had a Toxoplasmosis test done. The report indicates the presence of antibodies. What does this mean for my current pregnancy and my almost 3-year-old child? Should I be concerned about past infections or need further testing?

Are premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) normal, and can they be related to anxiety? I often feel my heart flutter, which scares me, but my echo shows no concerns according to my doctor.
