I have been experiencing frequent bowel movements, especially in the morning, for several years. I have tried eliminating various food groups, including lactose, artificial sweeteners, gluten, and dairy, but the problem persists. I have also noticed certain foods exacerbate the symptoms. I have had colonoscopies in 2011 and 2016, which revealed only benign polyps.
