I have pus-filled sores in my mouth, on my hands, and legs. The swelling is 2 to 3 times its size, and I have a rash that starts itching, then swells. The rash is reddish-purple dots that develop a black center and swell into pus-filled sores that take a long time to heal. My leg is swollen now, and I can't walk. I've been dealing with this for about a year. What could this be, and what should I do?

I am 55 with an underactive thyroid, taking 125 mcg of Levothyroxine and 20 mg of Omeprazole for gut issues. I recently had a metallic taste in my mouth after dental fillings, which has led to excessive saliva production. I am also under significant stress due to personal and professional life changes. Could these symptoms be related to my medications, stress, or thyroid levels?
