I am a 43-year-old fit male. My girlfriend tested positive for COVID-19 after experiencing symptoms like low-grade fever, headache, cough, and sinus drainage. I was with her before she tested positive and have mild symptoms myself, such as a slight dry cough and mild aches, but my rapid test was negative.
