I've been feeling unwell for the past three days, with symptoms including vomiting twice (once on Wednesday night and once on Saturday night), chills, and a bit of pain under my right ribs. I'm 28 years old and not on any medications. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do to recover?

I woke up with a migraine and sinus symptoms, including a stuffy nose, swollen eyes, chills, and body aches. I have taken Dayquil but am unsure if this is a sinus infection. What could be causing these symptoms and what treatments should I consider?

Is clear, smelly mucus after an enema normal, and how long should it persist? I had an enema 38-40 hours ago, and I'm experiencing persistent mucus discharge without bloating, but with some nausea and anal pain. I also had constipation before the enema.
