I am 67 years old and have pulled a groin muscle, experiencing severe pain. I took half of a 7.5 mg hydrocodone this morning, and I also take 2 mg of clonazepam at night for sleep. I am concerned about potential side effects and interactions between these medications. Will this combination cause any issues?

I feel like I need to pee a lot, and when I do, it burns and hurts, and I still feel like I have to pee afterward. I'm very uncomfortable. How long have you had the burning? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the burning? Is there any home remedy?

I have been taking 100 mg tramadol every 6 hours for 7 years, but it has become ineffective. My pain management doctor has switched me to Norco 5/325, 3 times a day. I work 8+ hours a day and need 4 doses a day to manage my pain, but my doctor only prescribes 3. My pain is localized in my hand and wrist due to an old trauma injury, and it is mostly a constant ache with sharp, stabbing pain at times. I am also on Gabapentin, but I'm unsure if it's effective. Why am I being treated like this, and what can be done to manage my pain more effectively?
