I have pain in my buttocks that causes spasms and radiates down both legs, which rules out sciatica. What else could be causing this pain?

Can high anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies (ASCA) in the blood mean anything besides Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis? I do not have Celiac disease, and all related blood tests are negative. I have had stomach aches, diarrhea, eruptive vellus hair cysts, and ganglion cysts since I was 11, which were diagnosed as IBS. These symptoms improve with a strict diet excluding gluten, wheat, yeast, and sugar. Is high ASCA enough for a diagnosis of Crohn's, and is a colonoscopy necessary if dietary changes manage the symptoms?

I have been taking either oxycontin or morphine for over 15 years to help me with chronic pain. I have never needed more than what is prescribed and have no feelings of being 'drunk' or 'high'. Has my body adjusted to this narcotic, and are there any studies or researches regarding this effect?

My femoral nerve was damaged during abdominal aortic bypass surgery, resulting in neuropathy with symptoms like tingling, burning, and numbness. My feet turn deep purple or almost black and the burning intensifies when I try to stand, sit, walk, or lay in certain positions. My circulation has been checked and is fine. What could be causing these symptoms and is there any help for me?
