I have severe right hip pain that shoots down my leg to the front of my calf, causing difficulty walking and feeling like foot drop. I have to think about every step I take. Ibuprofen and Cyclobenzaprine work for a couple of hours, but I can only lay curled up on my left side to sleep, and it wakes me up screaming. There is no swelling. I also have a history of Ankylosing Spondylitis and some bulging disks in my lower back. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have a small marble-sized lump on my inner thigh near my groin. It's hard, red on top, and uncomfortable to walk or move around due to rubbing. I've been cleaning it with apple cider vinegar and turmeric, but it hasn't improved. I tried to open it with a sterilized xacto knife and got some clear liquid out, but there's no white head or pus. What could it be, and what should I do?

I had unprotected sex with a sex worker who lied about being tested for HIV. She tested non-reactive for HIV, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis a week after our encounter, but I'm still experiencing symptoms like headaches, joint pains, canker sores, sore throat, stomach cramps, and changes in bowel movements. I'm scared because she hasn't been tested since, and I'm not confident in the 90-day conclusive test results. What should I do?

I was having spotting that wasn't going away with my birth control (I was taking it continuously) and she suggested that I need to have my period. So when it was time I skipped the week. Well, it's the 8th day and it's stopped quite a bit but it hasn't completely stopped. Should I still take my birth control or wait until it completely stops?
