I have stopped taking my pain medicine (oxymorphone 5mg, 4 times a day, for the past 7 years) and am experiencing extreme withdrawals. My pain management doctor cannot prescribe Suboxone due to office restrictions. I am seeking guidance on what to do, as I am the only one home during the day with my kids and cannot wait until March or April to see a doctor.

I have been experiencing diarrhea and stomach pain for almost 4 weeks. I have taken Imodium and Pepto-Bismol, but they only stop the diarrhea and cause my stomach to spasm, leading to frequent mucus passing. I have had negative stool samples and blood work for parasites, no fever, and a CT scan showing acute colitis. I also had food poisoning 4 weeks ago and have been taking probiotics. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I had a severe GI illness and am very dehydrated, with symptoms like chills and a low-grade fever. I was prescribed Z Pack, anti-nausea, and anti-diarrhea meds. I tested negative for Covid and influenza. I have GERD, which is now severe if I try to eat. I have tickets to a concert tonight but am unsure if I am contagious. Should I cancel the event, and is it wise to go to the ER for an IV?

Is it safe to rule out diabetes, malignancies (including prostate and penile cancer), and throat cancer based on my medical history and recent tests?

I accidentally took two 40mg doses of lisinopril 9 hours apart instead of the normal 24 hours between doses. My blood pressure 2 hours after the second dose is 114/61. Am I going to be OK? I have experienced slight heart palpitations and have a bit of a stiff neck. I am also taking hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) and atorvastatin (10mg) daily, and took the hydrochlorothiazide with the lisinopril.

I have been experiencing headaches, insomnia, and persistent nausea for the past three days. I am a 50-year-old female, have taken ibuprofen and ginger for nausea, and have no other symptoms. The headaches may be related to working at a computer all day, as they are disrupting my sleep. The nausea is worse in the morning and late afternoon and sometimes occurs when I haven't slept well. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms?
