Can I get a release to work from a doctor other than the one I was originally seeing, possibly through a video meeting? I have no disabilities and voluntarily admitted myself to resident rehab, which I completed. I was then sent to an IOP, which I did not complete due to conflicting schedules as a single father. I was discharged from the IOP and never failed any drug or alcohol tests. How can I obtain a work release since my FMLA or disability was not extended?

I have been experiencing small amounts of bright red blood on toilet paper when I wipe, along with extreme itchiness and occasional pain after wiping. My bowel movements vary from large and big to very ribbon-like. I am a 26-year-old moderate smoker and drinker, with no other drugs or medications. This bleeding has been occurring for about two months, with no pain during bowel movements, but pain when wiping and after. I also have a 103.5 fever today, which I doubt is related. What could be causing these symptoms, and what steps can I take to address them?

My 33-year-old daughter is feeling unwell and has lost 5-6 units of blood. Her iron count is at six (should be 12-16) and her blood red cells are at 25 (should be around 40). She was recommended over-the-counter iron supplements and stool samples. Is this non-urgent assessment correct, and is it safe for her to travel to Singapore next week?
