Additionally, if I were to be exposed to rabies in the future without receiving supplementary vaccination, would I still be protected by my current vaccine?

What are these bumps on my hands, where could they be coming from, and how to get rid of/prevent them? They’re mostly on my right hand, but I have 2 on my left hand also. They’ve shown up 1 or 2 at a time over the past couple of weeks. They are a little painful to the touch, become itchy, and it seems like I can scratch them off or squeeze clear fluid out of them.
