My middle finger seems to bend on its own, especially in the mornings. What is going on?

I haven’t had a period in 2/3 months, but home pregnancy tests and blood pregnancy tests come back negative. What are the possibilities I could still be pregnant? I have symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, lack of appetite/food aversions, and no period. I'm 19 years old with a history of regular periods and no significant changes in lifestyle or body.

I am allergic to Panadine Forte and have a headache. I have just come out of hospital from having a new heart valve surgery. How long have you had the headache? Is this a one-off or something that comes and goes? Is the pain sharp, dull, or throbbing? Does it seem localized within one particular area of your head? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the headache or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
