I have the Paragard IUD since August. I experience occasional brownish discharge, sometimes increasing after sex, and light cramps occasionally. Is this normal, and should I expect these symptoms to go away eventually?

I had unprotected sex in July and took Plan B the next day. I experienced irregular periods and have been feeling what seems like fetal movements for the past few days. I am currently on birth control pills and have not had sex since July. I also have discharge with an odor and have tried yeast infection cream without complete relief. What could these symptoms be?

I have been experiencing a constant UTI and pain in the middle left quadrant, sometimes burning after urination. The pain started about two weeks ago in the left lower or middle side. It is sometimes dull and sore or achy. I have a history of using lorsan potassium and had microbid in June 2020. I also sometimes feel rectal pressure after elimination. What could be causing this and what should I do?
