I hit my toe on a table. It's a little inflamed, hurts to walk, and is slightly bent. Should I see a specialist tomorrow or go to the emergency room?

For a minor injury like this, it's generally fine to wait until morning to see a specialist. You can...

I woke up to pee at 6 am and noticed my urine was very dark orange/brownish. I haven't been drinking much water lately and feel a bit weak. My heart rate is good, and my skin bounces back slowly but eventually. Can I safely go back to sleep after drinking more water, and should I add a Liquid IV pouch to it?

I had an ultrasound of my abdomen in 2016, including my aorta. I'm attaching images showing the measurements. Are these measurements normal, and were they taken from different parts of the aorta? I recently felt a flutter in my abdomen and am concerned about my aorta. If an aneurysm were to develop, would it take many years? Additionally, my blood pressure has been rising, sitting around 145/85 - 150/89. I've been on testosterone for nearly 3 weeks, but is this rise in BP due to that? Should I take propranolol for it, or monitor it first? Also, I noticed brown markings on my chest spreading. Are these still tinea versicolor, and should I try Canestan again? Finally, some blood results showed slightly elevated triglycerides. Is this dangerously high?

My husband was on a flight and they served food which had broken ceramic in it and he ate a few bites. Is it dangerous?

I am nervous about my lab report results, especially regarding my liver function, female hormones, and iron deficiency. I have been experiencing bleeding between periods and am concerned about potential issues like cervix polyps. Can you help interpret my lab results and provide guidance on what to look for and how to maintain health?

I am coughing nonstop and have head congestion, sinus drainage, and full ears with fluid bilaterally. The cough comes and goes, sometimes dry but often with phlegm, and I recently threw up due to it. I have no chest tightness and am taking Tylenol and Motrin. I am 62 years old, a nurse, and have a tendency for elevated BP. My husband has been sick, so I took a half dose of his prescribed promethazine-DM. I have had intermittent fever and clear phlegm. I am allergic to sulfa and smoke occasionally. The symptoms started on Friday but have worsened tonight. I tested negative for COVID. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
