I broke my hamate about 25 days ago. The pain is almost negligible now, but I still have acute pain when my pinky is involved in any pressure-needing movements, and turning a cap is very painful. I can squeeze things and turn my wrist without extreme pain, but squeezing is still an issue. Should I go to the ER if the pain continues to affect daily activities after 4 weeks?

I have been experiencing moderate tensions and slight pain in my left shoulder, more in the left over arm, under arm, and on the front of my left hand and some of the fingers. Sometimes I have a spinning sensation in my lower arm and hand. This morning I also noticed a slight pain in my lower jaw, which can also be felt when walking, but no chest pain or radiating from my chest.
