I had my last period on October 27 and had intercourse on November 4 and 20. I took several pregnancy tests, all of which were negative, but I am 5 days late for my period. My menstrual cycles have been irregular, ranging from 24 to 34 days. What could be causing my delayed period, and should I take another pregnancy test?

I am 24 years old, 6'5" and 170 lbs. I have been experiencing trouble getting and maintaining an erection recently. I can achieve one by myself but it takes a long time, and with my partner, it is very soft and sometimes never achieves one. My heart rate increases during sex, which seems to cause my erection to go away. My cholesterol and blood pressure are good. How can I fix this?
