I just started my period today and experienced a heavy, achey headache that feels slightly like a migraine, accompanied by nausea. I took Advil and Midol, which helped slightly, but I still have a mild headache and feel a bit nauseous. Is this normal during a period, and is it likely to lead to vomiting?

It seems to have started a little after I took my inhaler medicine, which I use for asthma-like symptoms due to allergies. Is there a name for what is happening?
