I'm 43 years old and have had yellow diarrhea every morning when I wake up for about 6 weeks. I'm on sertraline, take iron and vitamin D supplements, and have had both doses of the Pfizer vaccine. I'm concerned about this and would like to know what could be causing it and what I should do.
