His recent PET scan report mentioned increasing bilateral inguinal lymph nodes with high metabolic activity, and the report stated 'Differential inflammatory, malignant.' Does this mean the lymph nodes are malignant, or do we need more testing to confirm?

I was diagnosed with bronchitis on 10/25. I finished a 5-day course of prednisone steroids and a 10-day course of antibiotics. It has now been more than 2 weeks, and I am still experiencing minor shortness of breath, sometimes at rest and sometimes when walking up stairs. My oxygen levels have been between 94% to 96%, which is lower than my normal levels of 97%-98%. The bronchitis is getting better as the wheezing has gone away, but I still have a lingering cough and mild shortness of breath. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about my oxygen levels?

I have had a clogged ear for 2 weeks, which started after a plane flight and recovering from a cold. I can temporarily unclog my ear by holding my nose, but it clogs back up immediately. I have not tried any treatments yet. What could be causing this and what can I do to resolve it?
