I am in so much pain due to stage 3 Lyme disease. I have been misdiagnosed for 5 years and tested positive for Borrelia burgdorferi. I am currently taking medication for parasites and experiencing severe pain, brain fog, and speech issues. No one believes in chronic Lyme disease. I am scheduled to see a new doctor and a pain clinic, but I need help until then. What hospital or place can I get help for my pain?

I have been experiencing severe lower back pain for about 2 weeks, which sometimes radiates to my back ribs and wakes me up at night. The only position that provides relief is the fetal position. I also feel sick to my stomach, have cramping bowel movements, and had slightly dark urine initially. I'm on various medications, including painkillers, but they don't seem to help.
