I have been under doctors' care since November trying to find out why I am coughing. The cough has worsened despite being tested for reflux and being on Nexium for a month. Is it possible that I may have a pinched nerve or blockage causing difficulty in breathing, especially when lying down? My left leg feels like it's going to sleep during coughing spells, and my left ear feels pressured. Should I go to the emergency room or wait and call my GP on Monday?

I've had the Mirena coil for 5 months now. I had my regular period 2 weeks ago, and since then, I've been bleeding heavily every other day. I also often have abdominal pain. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am experiencing a sensation in my head similar to rapidly waving my hand back and forth with closed eyes. These attacks last 6 to 8 hours, are very real and devastating, and have been occurring 1-3 times a week for about a year. I have had normal results from an EEG and CAT scan, but the attacks persist. Can you help me find a way to stop these attacks?
