I'm 23 years old and think I'm suffering from ED. I used to do a lot of prone masturbation for 6 years from age 14 to 19. My ED has been bad, and I only get erections when I'm laying down. The longer I go without ejaculating, the better the erection, but it's still soft. I don't take any medication, only drink or smoke on special occasions, and have stress and anxiety. I was thinking maybe it was a venous leakage since I have position-dependent ED. I recently got a sonogram, but it only checked my balls area, not my penis. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I had a posterior bowel repair 4/52 by a well-known and respected OB/GYN. Since the day of surgery, I have been experiencing 24/7 diarrhea, leading to severe skin excoriation and ongoing pain. My appetite is poor, and I often experience nausea that leads to vomiting. I am 65 years old and currently taking Lasix, Ramipril, Pantaloc, Celexa, Trazadone, and Lemborexant. What can be done to manage my symptoms and address the underlying cause of the diarrhea?

I have really bad health anxiety and I need someone to think logically with me. A few months ago, I started having constipation and had a full work-up, including an abdominal/rectal exam and an abdominal X-ray, which were normal. I also had a negative fecal occult test. Despite this, I am scared I could have colon cancer due to ongoing bowel changes and am focusing on my stool's shape, which some doctors say is normal but one said it looks narrow. I am losing sleep over this and need peace of mind. I am a 22-year-old female with no family history of colon cancer. My stool shape scares me, and I don't know if it's normal or a sign of cancer.
