I was advised to self-catheterize (CIC) 3 times daily, which I have been doing. I have now been scheduled for a Urolift procedure. My prostatitis symptoms have returned, and I am concerned that if I have a bacterial infection, the procedure could be dangerous, causing severe infection. Should I cancel this procedure?
