I'm 37 years old, normally very healthy, and not overweight. Five weeks ago, I had a terrible headache two days after cosmetic surgery. I went to the ER and was extremely hypoxic at 51% O2. My troponin levels were elevated. They initially thought it was a blood clot but ruled that out when they found I had bilateral pneumonia. I was admitted for about a week, treated with antibiotics and oxygen, and went home on oxygen, still using it a month later. Without it, my oxygen levels drop quickly. Is this normal, and how long should I expect to need oxygen therapy?

I have a small blood clot in my iliac vein that developed two years ago when I was in the hospital, pregnant, on bed rest. I was treated with Coumadin for 6 months with no change in the clot. We stopped treatment at that time. I recently started bruising easily in that leg. Should I be concerned?

About 5 days ago, I started feeling pain in my upper right quadrant, which comes and goes just below my ribs. On the 4th day, the pain spread throughout my abdomen, causing bloating and tenderness. I also experienced loose stools that changed color from dark brown to yellow-orange. I'm worried this could be abdominal cancer or something related. What could be causing these symptoms?

What advice would you have regarding genital warts? I just had one frozen off my scrotum a few weeks ago, and now it looks like I have a few that just showed up on my buttocks. Should I try to get them all frozen off or treated by my dermatologist as soon as I see them and can get an appointment? Should I just leave them and see if they resolve? How often should I have dermatologist appointments? Is this something an Urgent Care could treat/remove?

I have small fiber neuropathy for 12 years and have been on morphine for 8 years. I also have neuropathy in my arms and hands, a damaged spine, and have had 8 LPs in the past. My doctor is threatening to withhold medication if I don't allow her to put needles in my back, which I believe won't help because the issue is with my spine, not my muscles. I want to gradually get off morphine but am concerned about other medications causing further damage. I live with pain all over my body and feel stuck between walls. What can I do?
