I have a vaginal fissure/tear that causes pain during intercourse and has been present for more than 6 months. It seems to heal temporarily but reappears after intercourse. I have been tested for STDs and they are negative. I have a copper IUD and am otherwise healthy. What could be causing this and how can I properly heal?

I've been severely depressed for the past few years, leading to a sedentary lifestyle and poor diet, including a recent binge on high-saturated fat and sugar non-dairy ice cream. I'm rarely able to exercise due to a hearing injury and have intermittent erectile dysfunction (ED). I'm concerned about potential heart disease or diabetes. My EKG and BP were normal last year. Could my recent dietary habits and sedentary lifestyle have caused significant damage?

I have been experiencing numbness in my left hand, primarily on my thumb, for the last 6 days. The numbness comes and goes and sometimes spreads to my hand and arm. I am 47 years old and have no other symptoms like weakness, blurry vision, or pain. Can this be related to a stroke or another medical condition?
