I'm a 20-year-old male with a strange pain on the head of my penis, redness around the foreskin, and inability to retract it. The symptoms have been present for about 3 days. I have not used any medication and have not seen a doctor. I have experienced pain during urination, mild swelling around the foreskin and head of the penis, and have not had unprotected sex. What could be the issue and what should I do?

If on antibiotics for a nasal infection, would they help treat swollen lymph nodes in the neck, or do I still need to get tests done?

The metal on my bread maker pan (Model SD-BT66P) is showing significant wear marks where the blade comes in close proximity to two 'ribs' which are on diagonally opposite sides of the pan. Given damage to the pan and metal loss, I am wondering if this presents any health problems either through metal being swallowed or some type of chemical reaction when eating the bread. I have two small grandkids and I'm concerned.

My wife is 70 years old and has had two back surgeries in the last six months, experiencing leg pain and a small stroke on the right side. She was sent home after being hospitalized for slight bowel inconsistency but seems to be worse now, with symptoms including memory issues, confusion, and easy falling asleep. Her blood pressure is 65/41 and her temperature is low at 94.3°F in one ear and 96°F in the other. Should we go to the emergency room?

I suddenly heard a noise in a very quiet environment, which stopped when I spoke or made noise. I have anxiety and migraines, and I'm worried if my anxiety could have amplified a normal symptom. I've had tests for vertigo and a brain MRI, both negative. What could this noise be?
