I'm a 21-year-old sexually active female using condoms for 8-9 months. I noticed bumps on my breasts around the areolas, my period is a day late, and I had unusual pelvic cramping and nausea. My last Pap smear was a year ago, and everything was normal. Should I be concerned, and what could be causing these symptoms?
