I started using a CPAP machine last Friday. It has a water system, and since I started, I wake up with heaviness in my chest, aching in my back and ribs, and a loss of energy. Last night, I turned off the water part, and I felt a little better today. Do I need to discard the use of the CPAP?

I take 500mg Methyldopa every 12 hours for HBP. Today, I took it 5 different times throughout the day and noticed my blood pressure was elevated at first, but later seemed almost low. Should I take the 500mg pill at my usual time (8:30pm)?

I tested negative for HIV at 16 weeks, but I've been experiencing symptoms such as warm body, particularly warm hands, upper right abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and changes in stool consistency. I'm concerned if these symptoms could be related to HIV or if they might indicate another condition like appendicitis or pancreatitis. Additionally, I've been trying to get pregnant but had a negative pregnancy test 7 days before my missed period. Could these symptoms be due to anxiety or another health issue?
