I'm a retired skateboarder with a history of migraines, arthrosis, bilateral facet hypertrophy, flattened nerve roots, and anxiety, all sports-related. I've been on a pain management regimen for years, but recent changes and forced tapering have me concerned. My current regimen includes 30mg of Methadone, 2 60mg of MS Contin, 6 15mg MSIR, and Fiorinal 2x a day. Methadone has worked best for me, and I'm considering switching pain management doctors who believe in Methadone. What should I do?

I got a conch piercing back in March and have been cleaning it daily, but I've developed what I think is called a āpiercing pimpleā or āpiercing bumpā. It pops and bleeds when I clean it, and this is the third time it has happened. What should I do, and should I be concerned?

I am hypersensitive to certain drugs, including NSAIDs, higher doses of Tylenol, and antihistamines, and have had allergic reactions to them. I am concerned about potentially going into anaphylactic shock and am unsure how it would be treated given my allergies to these medications. Is epinephrine enough for treatment, and should I carry an EpiPen?

My wife had an emergency C-section and received an epidural. After returning to the room, she has a droopy eye. The anesthesiologist says it's not from the medicine. Will this go away, and is it related to the epidural? Additionally, she still has some numbness and lightheadedness when standing up. Is this normal, and how long should it take for these symptoms to resolve?

I have a perianal abscess and hemorrhoids. The doctor prescribed amoxicillin and sitz baths. After taking the medication and having a sitz bath, I noticed blood when wiping. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?
