I'm 30 years old, smoke sometimes, experience stress occasionally, and take nortriptyline for migraines. I also had sensitivity to light for a few months. I am a 30-year-old with celiac disease, following a strict diet, and my antibodies are 0. I have been experiencing various symptoms including abdominal pain near the navel and left ovary, intermittent pelvic pain, bloody diarrhea, yellow mucus diarrhea, nausea, constant lower abdominal and pelvic pain, exhaustion, muscle twitching, joint pain, loss of appetite, back pain, and a cough.
