I'm experiencing monocular diplopia for the last few weeks, where words seem to separate especially in low light conditions. I'm 30 years old, smoke sometimes, experience stress occasionally, and take nortriptyline for migraines. I also had sensitivity to light for a few months. What could be causing this and what should I do?
