I had a total RT knee replacement in Sept 2017. The right outside of my knee is still numb, and the area above my thigh is numb and burns badly, especially when I stand and walk. I was previously diagnosed with neuropathy on that thigh and took gabapentin, which helped temporarily. My surgeon suggested the numbness is part of the surgery and might go away, but I'm not convinced. I've tried Horizant, Diclofenac ointment, extra strength Tylenol, and Hydrocodone, but no relief. Additionally, I have herniated discs in my neck (c3 thru c7) that need surgery, but I don't want surgery. I also have severe pain in my left forearm, which was affirmed to be related to my neck by a chiropractor. How can I manage this nerve pain, and is it related to my knee replacement?

I am concerned about my blood test results. My neutrophils are at 78%, lymphocytes at 14.3%, monocytes at 6.3%, eosinophils at 0.7%, and basophils at 0.7%. Absolute neutrophil count is 8.16 x1000/mcL, lymphocyte count is 1.50 x1000/mcL, monocyte count is 0.66 x1000/mcL, eosinophil count is 0.08 x1000/mcL, and basophil count is 0.07 x1000/mcL. Additionally, I have lost 5 pounds in a month, have a sore throat today, have been dealing with depression and high stress levels, experienced dizziness episodes, and have lumbar and leg pain. Could this be Chronic Myeloid Leukemia?

I’m a 41-year-old white female with a creatinine level of 1.98 and an eGFR of 34. My eGFR has declined significantly over the last year from 114 to 34. I recently experienced severe back pain, nausea, and vomiting, and my urinalysis showed trace amounts of protein. I take valtrex and pristiq daily. What could be causing these symptoms and my declining kidney function, and what should I do next?

I am a 67-year-old female experiencing sudden chest pain during physical activities like climbing stairs or walking briskly. The pain feels like a severe cramp on the right side of my chest bone, radiating to my breast cavity and back shoulder blade, causing arm and hand tingling. It subsides with rest but returns with movement. I have had negative results from a nuclear stress test, angiogram, and endoscopy, and my primary care physician is unsure of the next steps. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?

What are the causes of loose bowels, and what should I do if I have been experiencing diarrhea for three or four weeks, have taken prednisone, lefluemonide, and levothyroxine daily, and have not seen a doctor?
