I'm getting pimples/boils inside my nose and a swollen nasal passage. I have COPD but not severe, and I am on a C-Pap machine. This has been going on for about a week or two. How large are they, and what should I do for treatment?

I'm 37 years old, normally very healthy, and not overweight. Five weeks ago, I had a terrible headache two days after cosmetic surgery. I went to the ER and was extremely hypoxic at 51% O2. My troponin levels were elevated. They initially thought it was a blood clot but ruled that out when they found I had bilateral pneumonia. I was admitted for about a week, treated with antibiotics and oxygen, and went home on oxygen, still using it a month later. Without it, my oxygen levels drop quickly. Is this normal, and how long should I expect to need oxygen therapy?
