I'm having a headache that affects my right eye and ear, and it hurts more when I press between my ear and temple or when I chew. I've had it for about 7 hours, and my right eye is watering a bit. What could this be?

I have edema in my lower legs and ankles. One of my knees feels tight and a bit sore, which I haven't experienced before. I am overweight, my father died of kidney disease, and I take a low dose of Lexapro. What could be causing the swelling, and what can I do about it?

I had unprotected sex with a 47-year-old woman while intoxicated 8 weeks ago. Since then, I have developed various symptoms including a rash on my thigh, a rash on my face, pain in the anal area, sensitive skin, joint pain, sore throat, and flu-like chest tightness. I had sex with my 29-week pregnant wife 7 days after the exposure. I am concerned about the possibility of HIV transmission to my child and want to know the likelihood of infection, the legal actions I can take if diagnosed, and whether I should see a specialist for further testing.

My son is 3 years old and is being referred for neurology and epilepsy clinic. He has been diagnosed with Hirschsprung's disease, a rare bowel condition, and has global developmental delay. His physiotherapy report shows 10-degree plantarflexion with 3 beats of clonus bilaterally, indicating a need for prolonged stretching in his ankles. He also has an eye squint, delayed speech, suspected absences possibly related to epilepsy, and dysphagia as a baby. Alongside Hirschsprung's disease, he has sphincteral achalasia. Does this suggest a neurological condition such as ataxia or cerebral palsy? What should we expect the tests to be?
