My son is 3 years old and is being referred for neurology and epilepsy clinic. He has been diagnosed with Hirschsprung's disease, a rare bowel condition, and has global developmental delay. His physiotherapy report shows 10-degree plantarflexion with 3 beats of clonus bilaterally, indicating a need for prolonged stretching in his ankles. He also has an eye squint, delayed speech, suspected absences possibly related to epilepsy, and dysphagia as a baby. Alongside Hirschsprung's disease, he has sphincteral achalasia. Does this suggest a neurological condition such as ataxia or cerebral palsy? What should we expect the tests to be?

Do you believe in bio energy to relieve symptoms of vertigo? My husband has been experiencing severe vertigo since May, is on medication (Serc, Aspirin, Diamox), and has been seeing a neurologist. He has had many bad episodes, sometimes needing to stay in bed for nearly a week. The neurologist suspects a vestibular disorder. I am worried I have lung mets. I have had a cough for 4 weeks now. My husband and son both had pneumonia during that time and are better, but I had a lung x-ray which was negative for pneumonia, lung cancer, and TB. However, I've been told that lung x-rays don't always show lung cancer, especially if it's in the middle. I started with hoarseness and then a cough, which turned loose and is now hugely productive, something I've never experienced before. I coughed up yellowish stuff first, took doxycycline for 10 days, and now I'm coughing up lots of pure white stuff. I don't want a chest scan. How likely do you think it is that this is lung mets?
