I was diagnosed with cellulitis but I don't know how I got this, as I have no sores, scabs, or open cuts. They were looking for DVT but the ultrasound said cellulitis. I've had this for about a month, and it causes pain when touching my skin and standing, making me drag my right foot. I also have high blood pressure and suffer from fibromyalgia, back and knee pain, and bone spurs. How did I get cellulitis, and what can I do to manage the pain and other symptoms like difficulty walking and urinary leakage?

I am having severe shoulder pain in the same area where I had a flu shot almost a month ago. Could I still have a reaction to the shot? The pain started three days ago and has worsened since. I am unable to move my shoulder much and find it difficult to get dressed. Heat, ibuprofen, and Aleve help alleviate the pain. I had a similar issue a year ago that resolved after five days.

I have been experiencing epigastric pain since May, which has not improved with Omeprazole and Naproxen. The pain radiates to my back and is exacerbated by alcohol and rich foods. I have had normal blood tests and an ultrasound with low visibility of the pancreas. I am concerned about pancreatic cancer due to the symptoms and lack of clear diagnosis.
